Thabang joined G3 Business Solutions at the end of 2016 as a project supervisor on the Lonmin Human Settlement surveys conducted among 24,000 CAT 4-9 employees. He also worked on other research projects including Tiger Brands and Anglo American.

During the 2011 census he worked for Stats SA as a fieldwork supervisor and since then he had acquired extensive knowledge in the field of surveys and research. He has done surveys and research for organizations like Hsrc, Ask Afrika, Citizen surveys, Markdata, Ipsos and Field focus research.

Thabang obtained a Bcom degree (Information Systems) from the University of the Northwest in 2014. He is a hardworking and highly motivated person .
